Seth Evans, CRNA, Air Force veteran with 18+ years of service.

After working across diverse practice settings to include rural hospitals, stand alone clinics, level 1 trauma hospitals and office settings, Seth Evans recognized the growing challenge many rural and community hospitals face in maintaining dependable anesthesia coverage. Nova Anesthesia Partners was created to help bridge that gap through reliable staffing solutions and long-term hospital partnerships.

Passionate about leadership, service, and taking care of people, Seth’s goal is to help strengthen hospitals and expand access to care in rural communities.

Brandon Bailey

Brandon Bailey, CRNA, brings extensive experience providing anesthesia services in rural and community healthcare settings.

In addition to his broad anesthesia background, Brandon is certified in pain management and interventional pain procedures, supporting patients through comprehensive treatment strategies designed to improve function and quality of life.

Known for his collaborative approach and commitment to patient-centered care, Brandon is passionate about helping rural healthcare organizations overcome staffing challenges and strengthen access to high-quality anesthesia and pain management services within the communities they serve.
